Terms of Service
These terms apply to the public o0oi1i site and, when it opens, the optional paid product. They are written by one person. They are not a law-firm template and not legal advice.
Last updated: 30 August 2026.
The site
o0oi1i.io is a personal showcase: selected work, notes, a public-data frame, pricing, a changelog, and these legal pages. app.o0oi1i.io is the planned signed-in app for private tasks and habits. The first public milestone is the showcase plus the owner’s public data. Signing up and paying are not generally available yet.
There is no company legal team and no organization or team-seat product. Organizations from the starter template are turned off on purpose.
Using the public pages
You may read the public pages. Do not scrape, overload, or try to break the site. Do not use the contact form to send abuse, spam, or content you have no right to send.
Public pages may include placeholders. Portfolio case studies, the live public-data API, and official social links are still being filled in. Pricing on the site is the intended offer, not a guarantee that checkout is open today.
Content
Unless a page says otherwise, text, layout, and brand marks on this site belong to o0oi1i. You may link to public pages. Do not copy the site as your own product or imply that o0oi1i built or endorses your work.
Owner public data, when it is live, will only include an allowlisted set of fields. It is shown so the data product can be checked. It is not a license to republish those records as your dataset.
Optional paid product
If you later create an account and pay, you get access to your own private workspace under the plan you bought. Prices shown on the pricing page are:
- Monthly: USD 9.99
- Yearly: USD 99.90
- One-time: USD 399.90
There is no free trial. Payment is planned through Dodo Payments. A successful return URL does not grant access by itself; access is meant to follow a verified payment event.
If you cancel a subscription, access should continue until the end of the period you already paid. If a renewal fails, a grace period of up to 7 days is planned before write access is removed. Read-only users should still be able to browse, export, and delete their account.
For a first purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days. Whether a refund is granted also depends on Dodo Payments and the law that actually applies. If a refund or dispute succeeds in reversing the purchase, the matching access is removed.
These payment rules describe the intended product. They apply when checkout is actually open. Until then, treat the pricing page as information.
No warranty
The site is provided as is. It may be wrong, unfinished, or briefly down. o0oi1i is not liable for decisions you make from placeholder data, draft notes, or an unfinished product. To the extent the law allows, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in the last 12 months, or zero if you have not paid.
Contact
Questions go through the Contact page. There is no SLA.
Related: Privacy Policy.
Changes
These terms can change when the site or the product changes. The date at the top is the last edit. If you use a paid plan after a change is posted, that use is under the updated terms.
Disputes
If something goes wrong, write via Contact first. These pages do not invent a company, a court, or a country just to look complete. Any dispute about a paid service will be handled under the law that actually applies to the operator and the payment, without pretending there is a compliance office.
