The site is the work

Most personal sites describe work that happened on another domain. This one cannot. The first case on the portfolio is the site you are reading about: a bilingual showcase for selected work, notes, and — later — the owner’s real habit and task data.

That sounds neat in a PRD. In the repo it is slower. English starts as an AI draft. It is stored with status: draft or status: review. Public lists, the sitemap, and detail routes ignore anything that is not published. Chinese is a separate file. If the Chinese file exists and is still a draft, that locale does not quietly borrow the English page.

This note follows that rule. You can read it on /blog because a person confirmed the English. Chinese is a separate published file, not a fallback.

The leftover starter posts about workspaces and billing are still published from the kit. They are not the product voice. They stay until they are replaced, so the homepage does not go empty in the middle of a content pass.

The next honest step is small: keep the template posts out of the story.
